No posting in a while! Let me share some art to make things better.

I'll share an image of the last Royal that I painted to try and make up for not posting since last week.
Sorry that I have not been around my blog world much lately. I really hope that I didn't neglect my visitor's to the point of no return. Well let me just tell you what I have been up to lately.
For the past month I have been working on setting up a little Art shop/studio and I'm hoping to be up and running in the next few weeks.
I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and tired and just trying to scratch off items on my ever growing list of things to do. Anyway, I will be posting before and after photo's of the shop very soon. Please stop back to see the progress I've made.

She's beautiful! I love all the little details...her bracelet and painted fingernails...her crown picking up the curves of her collar.

No pressure...we all have lives outside the computer, right?

She was worth the wait. Great colors, as always, and such a pretty face!

Hi Deb! I was wondering if you had been abducted by aliens...glad it all good stuff and that your shop will be opening soon. I will try to be the first in line! My back is better, so I'd love to come and see how the shop is progressing! I am sure it is a great reflection of the artist you are.

Love your little Royal here. Her ruby lips and dress are great!

How wonderful to be spending time creatign a new space for your self. it is good to nurture yourself, and everyone who has a blog finds that some days you simply have no energy to entertain and be clever. I love this painting!! She'd make a lovely kitchen/ bedroom wall hanging...

I completely understand and the summer is the best time to take a blog break because so many people are out having fun and having holidays. No worry, we will always be here waiting to see the wonders you create! Hope you are enjoying setting up shop and can't wait to see...

wow is right...she is VERY royal and wonderful.

Take good care of yourself, I know it's hard not to be overwhelmed! Setting up a Artshop/studio, that does sound really fun, though!!

About the headless fairy- I think the jack-o-lantern head would fly out of the horseman's hand in slow motion. I think it's funny to imagine this dramatic chase sceme going on in the garden right now- totally unnoticed.

Hello again! Thanks for the sweet comments about my little Royal Gal and for all the well wishes and support for The Beat of My Art shop. I can't wait until it's up, running and full of fun art.

Kate, Sara and Designing Fairy please do stop by anytime. I would love for you to see my shop and it would be great to visit with you girls in person. If any of the rest of my lovely blog friends are in the area please be sure stop by as well. It would be so fun to meet!

Hey Random York it's great to hear that you're a Misfits fan too. Love your version of twist. You have a great sense of style and humor!!
